Supervising warehouse team on all warehouse activities related to inventory while overseeing Inbound and
Outbound shipment loading and offloading, put away process, stocking, labelling and distribution of goods,

• Control and reconcile stock level/ expiry dates on a regular basis and investigate any stock losses.
• Management of FIFO/FEFO, thereby ensuring no stock loss due to expiry of product
• Prepare monthly expiry report and dispose all expired products with the approval of management.
• Develop and maintain department objectives/KPI’s, reports, process documentation, delivery and receipt
logs and training and safety records.
• Manage all warehouse transactions in ERP (SAP) and maintain all inventories are up to date.
• Prepare advance reports in excel about stock report, consumption report, Stock week cover Report, expected
consumption and pending order Report, In-bound and Out-bound shipment Report and Expiry Tracking
report, Monthly production Reports and send to managements.
• Motivating, organizing & encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure appropriate productivity
levels.
• Implement cost reduction strategies within the scope of the role to reduce the cost of Part logistics for the
company and handle all warehouses related expenses and petty cash
• Follow SOP and ensure a clean tidy working environment to aid operational efficiency.
• Responsible to ensure Operating cost is within budget with proper controls on Operations, for eg: Manpower
cost: Outsourced/OT, Vehicle operating cost: Through control on fuel consumption
