Supervising warehouse team on all warehouse activities related to inventory while overseeing Inbound and
Outbound shipment loading and offloading, put away process, stocking, labelling and distribution of goods,
performing quality control checks and maintain proper inventory levels in warehouse.
• Receive Raw-Materials from Local and International Suppliers
• Maintaining required stock level of Raw-Materials for food production and work closely with purchase
department and timely prepare purchase request and follow up for the pending deliveries.
• Manage daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management
logistics, floor productivity, shipping.
• Manage timely dispatches of Raw-Materials to Factory asper daily production requirement.
• Receive finished goods from factory and distribute to shops in Oman, Bahrain and UAE asper the orders
• Arrange products for export and prepare packing slip after calculation of net and gross weight of the products
and arrange in Pallet’s asper the requirement of Baladiya.
• Control and reconcile stock level/ expiry dates on a regular basis and investigate any stock losses.
• Management of FIFO/FEFO, thereby ensuring no stock loss due to expiry of product
• Prepare monthly expiry report and dispose all expired products with the approval of management.
• Develop and maintain department objectives/KPI’s, reports, process documentation, delivery and receipt
logs and training and safety records.
• Manage all warehouse transactions in ERP (SAP) and maintain all inventories are up to date.
• Prepare advance reports in excel about stock report, consumption report, Stock week cover Report, expected
consumption and pending order Report, In-bound and Out-bound shipment Report and Expiry Tracking
report, Monthly production Reports and send to managements.
• Motivating, organizing & encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure appropriate productivity
levels.
• Implement cost reduction strategies within the scope of the role to reduce the cost of Part logistics for the
company and handle all warehouses related expenses and petty cash
• Follow SOP and ensure a clean tidy working environment to aid operational efficiency.
• Responsible to ensure Operating cost is within budget with proper controls on Operations, for eg: Manpower
cost: Outsourced/OT, Vehicle operating cost: Through control on fuel consumption
• Responsible for formulating KPI’s for entire department & conducting Quarterly/Yearly reviews.
• Responsible for preparation Daily/Weekly MIS on Inventory Levels, On Time report.
Organizing warehouse, categorizing goods, planning routes, and processing shipments.

Supervising, coaching, and training the warehouse workforce.

Working in conformity with laws, regulations, and policies.

Ensuring nothing leaves the warehouse premises without proper documentation.

Overseeing the movement, storage, and distribution of goods or materials.

Resolving delivery inconsistencies or delay.

Ensuring that shipping documents are well kept, updated, and in compliance. Examples include cost statement, health certificates, permits, etc.

Ensuring safety of the workforce & the inventory.

Optimizing warehousing and logistics costs.

 Prepare Monthly Reports :-Pallet Quality Report, Inbound and Outbound Report, Vendor Shipment Plan Analysis Report. Outsourcing manpower/transport report
 Supervise Quality Inspection Program for Inbound shipments.
 Follow Standard Operation Process (SOP)

 Receive the delivery after matching Suppliers Invoice with the Purchase Order.
