• Takes overall accountability for the effective delivery of the monthly and annual financial reports.
• Analyses the F & B cost, Labor and other variable cost on a monthly basis.
• Provides final review and resolution on any audit questions raised by Internal/External auditors.
• Develop systems and procedures to ensure the efficient management of the company's finances.
• To develop and control a centralized accounting system to ensure that accounts are effectively managed.
• Ensure accounting policies comply with the relevant accounting standards and group policies are followed.
1. People Management
Lead a team of accountants.
Managed the finance team in an effective manner to accomplish the department goals and objectives and expectations of all our stakeholders.
Actively mentor and coach team members to their highest potential.
Build strong cross-functional relationships and act as Finance Business Partner for other departments.
2. Reporting
Responsible for all financial, accounting, banking and fiscal management aspects.
Ensure accurate and smooth month/quarter end closing and reporting within the agreed timetable.
Supervising the preparation of the weekly cash flow and monthly cost allocation sheets.
3. Budgeting
Preparing & Implement the approved annual budget (and any variations) and post to the system.
Monitor, analyze and report monthly operating results with variance against budget.
Participate in planning the objectives, methods and resources of financial operations.
4. Control and Compliance
Examine financial records and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, Local laws, internal policies, procedures and internal control.
Act as point of contact for internal and external audits
Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance existing processes and accommodate business change.
