• Coordinate with vendors for new shipments of systems under billing department responsibility (billing, mediation….etc.), and shipment validation and installation
• Negotiate and coordinate with external parties in order to complete billing development and administration tasks and resolve related problems effectively
• Implement products, services, FU, promotions, rate plans, and tariffs
• Configure billing/rating processes and ensure they are running smoothly
• Administrate and develop Provisioning System for GSM & ISP markets
• Administrate roaming processes, activities, tests validation and agreement launching
• Effectively plan, estimate time and resources to guarantee on schedule CR delivery with meeting requirements and customer satisfaction
• Recommend and apply needed modifications and coordinate with operation team to align with Billing Department KPIs

• Develop monitoring tools to indicate status/performance of systems, and services
• Tune and optimize applications, systems and processes performance
• Develop Apps and non-kernel solutions to support other parties’ tasks
• Assist in implementing Billing system baseline-setup (TecnoTree)
• Test and report implementation activities and perform UATs
• Recommend solutions and scenarios
• Manage integration/migration and implementation of billing system from MTN side
• Manage the billing team and tasks; set action plans, and guarantee on schedule accomplishment
• Set internal and external processes/procedures of the Billing Department
• Requirements analysis, risk analysis, and software reliability analysis
• Software modeling, design, implementation, and coding
