• Operating daily Procurement tasks consistently with Supply Chain Dept. P&P, SOP, and KPIs.
• Ensuring that all Imdad shipments have been shipped with most reliable service providers within best rates in the market.
• Contributing to achieving strategic goals and objectives.
• Ensuring a high level of cooperation with colleagues, supervisors
and managers to ensure a high level of efficiency.
• Coordinating with other departments involved in Supply Chain
operations to ensure closing every single job.
• Reporting Purchase orders/shipping reports to supervisor and
Supply Chain manager on daily basis.
-Follow-up and consolidation of shipments outside
the Kingdom and their delivery to our warehouse in
Saudi Arabia as quickly as possible and at the lowest
costs.
-The one in charge for SABER
Checking and sorting the goods entering and
leaving the warehouse.
