Responsible for merchandise, transfers, inventory, cash, and customer service to ensure a smooth sales process
-Welcome and greet every customer in a friendly a manner and demonstrate excellent service at all the time
-Identify customer needs through asking questions
-Receive cash or card payment in an authorized modes from every customer, issue receipts
-Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently escalating to management if necessary
-Demonstrate and maintain product knowledge, fashion trends, instore promotions all the times
-Maintain grooming standards as advised by the Store Manager
-Maintain clean organized display, fitting rooms and stock areas
-Check stock levels daily and inform depleting stocks to the store manager in order to replenish
-Recruit customers to the database, accurately entering their database on the POS system
Responsible for selling the luxury garments to VIP clients, includes customer service, personal Shopping, Products Representing, Sales staff training, image consultancy, arranging special events, such as trunk shows or in-store fashion shows, and being highly knowledgeable about the products we represent.

•Excellent communication skills that will be utilized with retail staff, corporate personnel and customers
•Knowledge and understanding of merchandise features, fitting techniques and fashion trends
•Knowledge and understanding of sales operations
•Drive to meet and exceed sales and performance expectations
•Ability to clientele
•Ability to determine what type of garments are desired and advise customers about prevailing styles
•Perform other duties such as stock, merchandising, and housekeeping
•Enjoy connecting with customers and demonstrating an enthusiastic and positive attitude
•Providing the highest level of customer service standards while maintaining a professional demeanor and personal presentation at all times
•Utilize company resources to generate clientele and maintain customer contact
Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
Aid customers in locating merchandise.
Communicate customer requests to management.
Assist in completing price changes within the department.
Participate in year-end inventory and cycle counts.
Assist in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise.
Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by any manager.
