Responsibilities:
- Main responsibilities are review, supervise and approval of all works related to mechanical scope (HVAC, firefighting and plumbing work, etc...)
- Responsible for review shop drawings, material submittal and method statement in compliance with project specification.
- Responsible for monitoring critical activities based on project time schedule to ensure deliver the project on time
- Provide technical support to contractor staff if needed
- Issue site construction, DTR and NCR if needed
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress report for mechanical scope of work
- Supervise all testing and commissioning for all mechanical systems (HVAC, firefighting, etc.)
