• Provide the micro/QA studies (change management) for the new projects or changes in the operation departments.
• Train the employees on the microbiology systems, increase the culture and awareness.
• Reviewing the microbiology results monthly and quarterly.
• Leading the quality failures investigations, utilizing why-why analysis and develop corrective and systematic action plan to eliminate the root cause and prevent reoccurrence.
• Auditing the operation departments to ensure they are in compliance with the micro QA systems and requirements.
• Leading and Review the operation’s equipment and process design annually (micro risk assessment) to ensure of the compatibility with sanitary design and standard requirements.
• Create the action plans for the gaps finding during the audits and follow-up for the execution.
• Reviewing and approving the standard operation procedures and any micro related documents.
• Leading the implementation of all new microbiology standards and other QA related standards.
• Leading the quality assurance systems (19 key elements) for the Utility and Micro QC departments, the 19KEs contains the following systems
(Leadership, Training, Building Design, Standard Documentations, Standard Operation Procedures, Validation Program, House Keeping, Maintenance, Calibration, Best Control, Release, Making Operation, Packing Operation, Results Tracking, Self-Improvement Program, Consumer)
• Reviewing the quality assurance results for the Utility and Micro QC departments in monthly basis.
• Provide the needed support for the quality assurance program in Utility and Micro QC departments.
• Leading & Auditing the pest control system including monthly tours, action plan to control the risk; approve the daily activities and monthly reports.
• Plant SAP QM key user and trainer, support the SAP users, and train the new users.
