Well Construction & Development \{Casing & Tubular Running\}
➢Delegate work assignments effectively to service technicians to meet service goals.
➢Verify all necessary equipment needed for casing and tubing operations are on location and in proper working condition.
➢Supervise the rig up & down of Casing & Tubing Running Equipment both onshore & offshore.
➢Ensure that company quality & safety guidelines are followed by service personnel while on location.
➢Lead and supervise workshop safety & toolbox meetings, participate actively & contribute to workshop specific safety initiatives, report all hazards and unsafe acts and ensure third party compliance on base operations.
➢Preparing of all Load out / Back Load Equipment to Rigs (offshore & onshore) . Generate service tickets, expense reports and customer reports on a timely basis.
➢Operate power & handling equipment in a safe & efficient manner to maintain a constant rate of pipe delivery to meet customer's work requirements.
➢Carry out delegated responsibilities as instructed by the management, within the timeframe specified in a safe & efficient manner to meet business requirements.
➢Responsible for complying with company's & clients HSE policies while ensuring co-workers carry out work in a safe & timely manner.
➢Perform service & delegate requirements for the maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic & electronic components of mechanical handling tools & torque turn monitoring systems.
➢ Operating of tong from 3 1/2” tubing to 20” casing tongs in a safe & efficient manner
➢ Assist in function testing of casing & tubing handling equipment with specified work instruction.
➢ Maintenance & servicing of all casing & tubing handling equipment.
➢ Maintenance, servicing & assembling of CRTi Volant from 7” to 20”
➢ Maintenance, servicing & assembling of DWCRT Draw work from 9 5/8 to 20”.
➢ Running & maintenance of Wincatt system (Torque monitoring system).
➢ Assembling of casing & tubing equipment for field operation (36”-2 3/8”) as well as Rig up & rig down of casing & tubing equipment.
➢ Housekeeping maintenance duties in a safe manner as directed by the supervisor
➢ Assist in the rig up & down of all Casing & Tubing Running Equipment
➢ Responsible for tracking, receiving, and stocking all items ordered.
➢ Program the final inventory of materials prior to shipment and ensure materials are appropriately stored.
➢ Provide a list of all equipment moved from the consolidation areas into sponsor shipping channels to project coordinators.
➢ Follow sales order to prepare goods for shipment.
➢ Responsible for all routine vehicle maintenance of the delivery truck, van, and motorcycle.
➢ Responsible for the coordination of incoming goods and daily dispatches as per requirements.
➢ Responsible for keeping appropriate documentation and logs to support all planned finalized orders.
➢ Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the constraints of the job.
➢ Products sampling for temperature, density, flash point (DPC and AGO) and smoke point (DPK).
➢ Assisted in Carrying out monthly analysis of all product tanks in the depot, sampling of the product before loading, involved in interpretation and implementation of company policy statement, plans and safety manuals as well as communicating and enforcing safe system of work.
➢ Assisted in Formulated and supervised the journey management procedures for tanker drivers.
➢ Assisted in Minimizing the provision, maintenance and replacement of adequate safety equipment.
➢ Receiving and transmission of radio telex messages.
➢ Assist in Data Management.
➢Ensure the use of PPE within operation areas.
➢Assist in Implementing inspection procedures and safety QHSE/QA/QC procedures.
➢Assist in Carrying out JSA or JHA analysis, document HSE inspection audit.
➢Assist in the Design and delivering of safety PEPS talks.
➢Assist in Administering company's HSE and QMS guidelines and regulations.
