•Review of stock material description in the system and enhance the technical information as required and amend in the SAP system.
•Create stock / Non-stock Material ID in the system for all plant requirement and request for the PR/PO creation.
•Follow up with the SMO for all the Plant material requirement and timely delivery and utilize effectively.
•Review all the technical quotations received from SMO. Evaluate them along with End user and reliability for the confirming the technical suitability.
•MDRM software as material search engine for creation and updating
•Material Physical inspection as per PO text.
•Technical valuations of the vender quotations in replacing/upgrading/modifying existing any equipment as per standard specifications and requirement of project.
•Make correction of equipment’s master data or to be adding any lacking or additional information with coordination with section head.
•Coordination with section head, team member and technician for any inputs.
•Minimum material requirement for job and safety stock for any findings.
•Preparation of packages for all most critical equipment’s.
•Routine checkup in SAP for the critical material updates as per PO or PR’s.
•Correction of master database with the help of vendors or suppliers for the good material procurements.
•Creation of material no. updating and used to set maximum and re-order points whenever requested.
•SAP end user for setting up of maximum and re-order points.
•In the time of emergency need to co-ordinate with maintenance to search their required materials in the local market to complete the job successfully.
•Using SAP to check all details of the material

in generating SAP PM Notification and ensuring order processing along with planning and TECO of work orders for entire PHD division and liable for KPI improvement of the organization
• Perform the Technical Evaluation of the materials.
• Single-handedly planning and implementing spare parts and maintenance planning features in SK PHD department in line with organizational standards.
•Inspection of the materials
• Administering all activities pertinent to startup/shutdown and running maintenance of individual equipment and processes whenever required, while ensuring adherence to company standards
• Managing and overseeing the whole spectrum of process variables and conditions to determine the existing state of the operations with company requirements.

• Dealing with dangerous/ emergency situations and within the facility, conducting periodical safety audits on the site to test the operational readiness of all safety and emergency equipment in the company to avoid critical accidents / injuries/ incidents
•Progress monitoring of specific projects on a regular basis. Anticipate and resolve any problems, bottlenecks/scheduling conflicts.
•Prepare and maintain package work plans and monitor progress to achieve on time or earlier deliveries to keep the project on schedule.
• Co‐ordinate internal project team reviews followed by an approval and review by the client of the work schedule, progress measurement and reporting systems.
•Review status reports, modify schedules and plans as required and keep the management and Project director apprised of the progress on a regular basis.
•Ensure that project controls documents such as resources histogram, schedules, reporting systems, material controls systems, etc. are fully developed by the designated personnel and reviewed by Project Management and that Engineering and Procurement interfaces are properly addressed.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when directed by the Management.
• Regularly verifying progress, simultaneously providing monthly/ weekly progress and efficiency reports to the senior management for further decision making.
• Manpower and equipment planning to ensure optimum utilization of project resources.
