• Find new markets and channels for product and service distribution.
• Generate ideas, concepts, and systems for achieving more sales of products and services.
• Responsible for lead generation, client meetings and managing relationships.
• Ensure quality processes and standards in order to take advantage of opportunities as they come, and to acquire new customers.
• Negotiate and close business deals with clients.
• Respond to the needs of customers and manage sales processes
● Provide the technicians with instructions on maintenance and help them to fix the faults of the equipments.
● Monitor the service team and make sure the equipments are being serviced properly.
● Liaise with the manufacturer of the equipment for modifications, clarifications, purchasing of equipments and parts etc.
● Control and maintain local and international standards, and equipment manufacturer’s manuals and specifications.
● Ensure the equipments meet the requirements of the third party consultants and are certified by them.
● In charge of assembling and executing the reaction force ‘Tail Frame’ which was used for the first time by the company during the Barzan Onshore Project in Qatar.
● Coordinate with client representatives to make necessary arrangements for lifts, on and off the site.
● Perform a final inspection on equipments and lifting gears prior to the lift.
● Provide full time assistance during the rigging and de-rigging of heavy cranes including TEREX CC-8800-1 TWIN, which happens to be one of the largest cranes in the world.
● Share useful information and conduct safety talks for operators, riggers and slingers and helping them to maintain a strong safety mindset throughout the job.
• Coordinate with experienced IT professionals and conduct training sessions for students.
• Provide necessary assistance to the trainees of the institution.
