I was recruited as Head of Strategy section for a fitness and wellness startup company called Fit Fun Life Limited. I am responsible for developing, executing, and measuring an Organisation-wide strategic plan. I currently work remotely.
• Provide recommendation for operation efficiency of KSA-CORS network and process improvement.
• Assist in policy development to support change initiatives.
• Provide input into drafting, implementation, and monitoring of department management processes.
• Management of multiple projects relating to the development and support of business activities.
• Managing scope of work and schedule with stakeholders and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Responsible for ensuring the provision of 24 x 7 real-time RTK services within the Kingdom.
• Discussing requirements with clients and other field professionals.
• Overseeing drafting RFPs, project scope, and QA-QC manuals.
• Work with the product manager or project sponsor to document the project’s business requirements.
• Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, surveys, site visits, business process analysis, use cases or user stories, scenarios, event lists, competitive product analysis, task, and workflow analysis.
• Assist in developing application workflow and data entry.
• Decompose high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements, specified in an appropriate level of detail and inappropriate forms suitable for use by those who must base their work on the requirements.
• Lead requirements validation activities to confirm that a solution based on the requirements would meet customer needs and achieve the business objectives.
• Managed projects, provide consistent program status and progress against objectives and KPIs.
• Drafting of the project proposal, budget, and QAQC.
• Successfully lead a team of surveyors for AR-Riyadh Development Authority (ADA) 56km BRT right-of-way topographic survey.
* Supervised crews of up to 25 master carpenters, masonry workers, foundation and general labor personnel.
Employed by Progenitors Construction Company Ltd, Abuja, Nigeria as a Site Engineer.
Recording the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features.
