Preparation of monthly utilities consumption report and invoices verification, for the whole complex
o Technical process study reports preparation for conceptual design package (CDP) for any modification in process plant / revamp / upgrade through MOC workflow as per Sabic engineering standards and PSM system i.e. SHEMS compliance
o Responsible for process engineering side technical support for any project from CDP - FEED - PROJECT CLOSEOUT.
o Use of ASPEN HYSYS for process engg. Mass and energy balance, sustainability related calculations, plant troubleshooting etc.
o To develop reliable and easy to use MS-excel based calculation templates as per requirements for specific process equipment / process plant performance online / offline monitoring, (MOC / project / plant operations troubleshooting), sustainability related KPI’s calculations etc.
o Participate RCA, HAZOP, RISK assessment as per SABIC Enterprise risk management system (ERM)
o That is why conversant with use of
SABIC engineering standards for process engineering & other engineering disciplines design codes and standards (extracted from international engineering codes / standards like ASME, NFPA, API, ISO, FCI etc.)

o Compliance of work permit procedures, Chemicals inventory management & budget preparation etc.
o Process plant operations for unit / plant startup, shut down, troubleshooting, emergency procedures for polyester fiber plant, nitro-phosphate plant, calcium ammonium nitrate, spent ethylene glycol recovery plant
o Utilities and thermal power plant, co-generation operations for unit / plant startup, black startup, shut down, troubleshooting, emergency procedures
o Preparation of standard operating procedures SOP’s, check lists, skill certification manuals for staff employees
o Preparation of training manuals for staff employees with general awareness to the plant design, startup / shut down sequence, PSM, control logics, logic narratives, cause and effect etc.
