Serves patients by greeting, helping them, scheduling appointments &
maintaining records and accounts.
Comfort patients by anticipating patients anxieties, answering patients
questions & maintaining the reception area.
Ensure availability of treatment information by filing & retrieving patients
records.
Evaluate some process claims in accordance with insurance policy terms
& company policies & procedures according to productivity & standards.
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully
managing the sales team.
Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationship
by partnering with them & understanding their needs.
Assess individual performance through observation &
measurement & suggest corrective actions as needed.
Make sure that our outlets are occupied with necessary stocks
on a weekly basis.
Respond to incoming mail, web and phone enquiries Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make sale.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person via calls and mails.
Marketing vacant apartments and villas on behalf of property owners.
Providing feedback to store team on sales and service.
Provides seasonal training and support the team based on the
company requirements to achieve the goals.
Ensure store meets the safety & brand standards, controls shrinkages
& increasing profits.
Ensure the Stock room & Sales floor are organized to access the
products easily.
Plan & prepare work schedule. Efficiently maximize the productivity in
terms of sales & the work output of the staffs.
Identify consumer need and recommend product.
Being responsible for payments and balancing cash registers with receipts, dealing with customer refunds and complaints.
Manage staffs which includes people working on the floor and the cashiers.
Coach and train new joiners for brand, product & service.
Constantly follow up the running of the entire team and sales floor by guiding against error that can lead to loss in profit.
Assist the sales manager in generating sales opportunities by
identifying appropriate business targets and in providing a
professional and excellent level of customer service with
existing and new customers.
Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate
escalated issues to the sales manager.
Ensure enquiries are handled/delivered on time.
Airline ticket booking and reservation.
Handled all works related to travel when required and
helping and guiding the new staff to complete their works.
