Managed the markdown optimization sector: subordinate 3 analysts and 2 developers. I have made a successful transition to the day-to-day planning of the effects of the markdown impact on the Company's profits. Independently developed a scheme for identifying falsifications of expiration dates when submitting goods for markdown by trade outlets for assortment with a shelf life of less than 30 days
