As a sales leader in multilingual cross-functional team, I focused in two areas:
1. Sales strategy development: financial planning in coordination with the top managmement, contribution margins on different levels, pricing strategies, allocation of resources, territory planning, setting targets to various territories and roles, field coaching through leading by examples.
2. Team development: recruiting, integration, training of my team members, development discussions, setting personal development targets, team building strategies, constant manpower assessment and calibration, risk management.
