Planning and progress control activities. Identify Critical path of the projects
Identify potential delays in the planned Projects Schedule and forecast the Projects completion dates. Monitor and comment on Contractors progress statistics
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the Department and NOC, Perform the planning and progress control activities associated with the setting-up and management of the overall Dept. schedule. Prepare presentation slides and text for the Dept. presentations to Management. Maintain good working relationship with project team.

Because I have HVAC experience, engineering management was assigned me as a Project engineer for two new HVAC central systems at Harouge Oil Company.
First project is to replace all the old HVAC central system which was in the six floors of the building and has more than 200 office, 8 meeting halls, and employee restaurant and complete clinic. By installing a new modern HVAC chiller central system.
Second project in Ghani Oil Field at southeast of Libyan Desert which one of the Company's sites. The building has five laboratories, two halls and some offices and the Temperature is high most of the year the aim of the project is to give 100% of the fresh airflow to the laboratories inside the building all the year. However, installing an accuracy HVAC central system is necessary at Laboratory Building. Especially when you work with toxic materials which need a different specification of air flow and ventilation..

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•A project Planning engineer is responsible for the design and issue most of the project type planes and reports for example construction projects, mechanical engineering projects or electrical power projects which related to the project such as Schedule of working time, schedule for the man Power Hours, the total cost of the project, Management presentation Charts.
•Follow-up and discussion the project problems with project engineers
•Issue two reports yearly to the committee management which includes the information about all the types of projects which (completed, in progress or delayed) for discussing and update.
•Some of the evaluation of Contracts tendering for the new proposed projects which related to the mechanical engineering and Electrical power projects .

Check and repair all devices of HVAC systems, issue and receive all the necessary orders for the spare parts, material, equipments for HVAC systems.
• Issue a yearly schedule for the technicians training courses.
• Follow up the projects of new HVAC central systems with the project engineer

2004-2008 As a Mechanical Engineer in HVAC department at
Amal Oil Field. Team Supervisor, HVAC department superintended

16 years until today, Last 10 years working as a central air conditioning system specialist with some contractors such as ZTE, Alanwar, and Nasseem Assahel that was in a parallel with my work as a planning engineer at Harouge oil company.
