- Spearhead the digital transformation and business architecture practice for the Energy industry within
SAP Middle East North, a practice of USD 25M+ of revenue. Areas include: overall leadership and
strategy, growth and capabilities, mega opportunities and engagements, and brand reinforcement).
- Represent SAP at CxO levels and SAP business communities as a trusted executive counterpart,
thought-leader, keynote speaker, executive panelist, and think-tank contributor.
- Direct, lead and steer SAP team’s on SAP’s mega transformation programs to craft winning offerings, differentiated value propositions, and cutting-edge digital solutions (End-2-End business solution, intelligent enterprises/industries, and digital platforms such as ML/AI, Big Data & Analytics, Robotics & Bots, IoT, Industry 4.0, tec.).
- On strategic and high-impact engagements, architect digital transformation directions, experiences, future state, and outcomes, where direct executive engagement is required with counterparts.
- Operate as a chief expert in digital dialogues and engagements with executives and senior
management of high and critical profiles (i.e. hands on leadership of special purpose executive
workshops, design-thinking sessions, digital-in-motion programs, etc.).
- Nurture, coach, and mentor emerging talents to become next-generation leaders.
- As a Director, led together with the Partner in-charge, the IT Advisory practice for the Energy industry for the EY Africa, Middle East, and India region (includes directing and championing aspects related to go-to-market, people and managers and their growth, capabilities offerings, intellectual assets, sales and delivery portfolio, and new frontiers).
- Director in-charge on mega, strategic, and key advisory and consulting opportunities, programs, engagements and initiatives.
- Steering as an executive the overall design, delivery, execution, and outcomes with internal oversight and championing client executive relationships. This is across a wide array of topics (outlined in my domain expertise in my CV). Also, operate as an executive subject matter expert with direct engagement in delivery where required (workshops, deliverable design and development, and team activities), especially where CxO and high-profile engagement is deemed (ex. executive decision making, steering committee, board advisory).
- Participate in business community events and knowledge forums as a trusted thought-leader.
- Founding member (initial and core team member) of EY IT advisory practice for (1) Al-Khobar Office in 2007, and (2) for Middle East Energy practice in 2009.
- Nurture, coach, and mentor emerging talents to become next-generation expert and leaders.
