• March 1997 - June 1999: Users’ Support.
• June 1999 - August 2008: Users’ Support Chief.
• Since August 2008: System and Servers’ Manager.
Joined the organization as Users’ Support and moved up the career hierarchy and merited promotion to the position of Users’ Support Chief and then System and Servers’ Manager, through exceptional performance.
Highlights:
• Played a crucial role in upgrading entire gamut of technologies such as multi type of backup methods - tape, disk, deduplication etc., applied virtualization to business environment and initiated the concept of Private Cloud, MS Windows server 2012, Active Directory and Exchange 2013.
• Instrumental in migration of all the information of the accounts, rights and permission smoothly without any down time whilst renaming the Arriyadh Development Authority domain.
• Involved in the following projects :
- Project program of follow up of Riyadh Province project.
- King Abdulaziz transportation project in Riyadh.
- Content management for Arriyadh Development Authority.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling a team of 4 engineers to ensure that all the systems - hardware/software and servers are operating efficiently by maintaining regular upgrades, establishing new system structures, monitoring server activity and auditing server security.
• Assembling, installing and providing premium services to users for systems - OS, messaging, creating backup and archive, administering user accounts and rights and permissions, installing network printers, servers and managing storage.
• Keeping close tabs on markets, current trends and regularly reviewing technological advancements while assessing them for technical, business and budget feasibility.
• Supervising installation of such systems and testing correcting problems to ensure zero down time, performing handover test and offering fundamental training for optimization of such software and systems.
• Interfacing with all levels of end users to prototype possible approaches to problems and translate raw data into informative information for management that effect the bottom-line.
• Scheduling preventive maintenance, rectifying troubleshooting problems and providing technical assistance while implementing ITIL standards to augment organizational efficiency.

- Provided turnkey solutions as a member of a team that put a vision and structure for the Company Projects related to GIS and IT, to help other organizations benefit from Geographical information System.
Highlights:
• Proficiently handled application of Symantec Altirs solution for inventory and help desk system.
• Provisioned strong technical support to the president of Arriyadh Development Authority and explained in detail technical aspects of various applications/software.
• Made concrete contributions to team that represented the 2nd version of Digital basic Map for Riyadh city.

• Orchestrated set up of system, software, equipment, network and security systems, back up and system procedures in the organization from grass root level and thus augmented automation in the organization.
