Facilties, MEP and maintenance Engineer in Emaar Jeddah gate Project
WORKING IN ELECTRO-MECHANICAL SYTEM CCTV FIRE ALARM FIRE FIGHTING AND MECHANICAL SYSTEM HVAC FCU DRAINAGE WATER SUPPLY
1. Design evaluation and review: With consideration of site condition, deadline date, client’s satisfaction and technical integrity.
2. Material selection: In accordance to project’s specification, cost, delivery times. Followed by preparing material submittals for consultant’s approval.
3. Procurement: Request for quotations, material take-off and issuing Purchase orders.
4. Shop drawing: Supervising the complete process from calculations and BOQ, technical calculations, CAD operator supervision, until obtaining approval from consultants and project management.
5. Site supervision: Daily follow-up of works progress on site. Scheduling and time/manpower management.
6.Installation of BMS system
Supervision, Execution and coordination with Civil and Mechanical Departments to accomplished the Project and Site issues.Accountable for Quality Assurance of Electrical work.
Responsible for making payments (Invoice) on the basis of monthly progress.
