• Client representative approving project plans, requesting changes, raising issues and risks, approving milestones, releasing payments, and accepting (or declining) the final deliverables of the projects.
• Provide technical assistance during construction contract bidding, proposal evaluations, negotiation, and post-award construction administration services.

• Review and approved Testing and Commissioning reports, “AS BUILT” Drawings”, Operation and Maintenance Manual, including project final handover to end user.
• Establish and implement “best practices” and focuses on continuous improvement.
• Study, analyse and evaluate tender documents from a technical point of view in order to identify risk factors, ensuring that technical terms comply with the relevant standards for the overall risk assessment and bid decision.
• Solicit and follow-up with the design/ drafting section during tender preparation for method optimizing in order to reach cost efficiency.
• Provide all the necessary project clarifications/ information upon project award to the Project Manager as per the project budget; advise the Project Manager on contractual rights, remedies which has been taken into consideration during tendering.

Duties:
• Leading, managing, and guiding the construction team to execute the MEP work as per indicated on the project baseline (Scope, schedule and Budget).
• Preparing, Maintaining, updating, and controlling the project plan.
• Reviewing, maintaining, and controlling the project budget.
• Building, Managing, and guiding the project team to execute with acceptable quality all required activities to achieve the required deliverables as per the project approved baselines.
• Provide the required technical support whenever required.
• Build and maintain proper communications with all the project stakeholders.

• Implementation & Monitoring of Mechanical System.
• Estimate, prepare and assign the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all Mechanical works prior to execution.
• Assisting Project Manager & Site Manager in all Technical Issues, Material Management, Commercial Issues, Review of Sub-Contractor, Communicate with Consultant & Client and supervise all Site Activities which also includes Sub-Contractors, Commercial dept., Planning dept., QA/QC dept., Safety dept. & all other Office Staff.
• Prepare Periodic Reports as required for Higher Management;
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise by reviewing related documents. Consolidating all necessary documents required such as Site Inspection, Request For Change, Material Inspection, Material Submittal, Shop Drawing etc. and securing Client’s Approval on the same.
