• Directly coordinate with the client's Human Resource teams and execute outlined tasks and strategy.
• Managing and monitoring operations, liaising with internal departments (Government relationship officers and Public relationship officers) to ensure client needs are fulfilled efficiently.
• Good knowledge of various government portals and all their services; the portals include Qiwa, Muqeem, MHRSD, Wasel, MUDAD, TAMM, AMN, SCE and MISA.
• Extensive experience in handling corporate immigration matters in Saudi Arabia for a variety of clients, ranging from multinational corporations to start-ups, thorough knowledge of the Saudi immigration system and its procedures
• Managing employees and Providing consultancy to over 1000 employees’ government-related tasks and support to their dependents in securing essential government services.
• Conduct training for the business partners and enable them to manage the government portals.
• Identifies opportunities to grow business with new and existing clients
• Collaborates with sales and Marketing team to reach prospective clients.
• Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts
• Manage the CRM accurately and provide consistent reporting to management.
• Provides early recognition of potential risks with (significant) business impact on the account. When necessary, escalate identified risks in time to the line manager or the key stakeholder.
• Identifies potential areas of growth and improvement in service delivery with existing clients
• Works with line manager to prepare and finalize business proposals
• Ensures costing and billing accuracy for company services and existing clients while maintaining minimum margins
• Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.

Connect and work closely with all the partners across the Saudi region
to ensure business growth.
• Pro-actively work with resellers to identify aged equipment at their
customers’ networks, drive product awareness and present current
solutions as a replacement.
• Contact customers directly, educate them on their network capabilities,
needs and possible dangers and propose solutions to enhance their
installations.
• Position Cisco Services in every solution in order to enhance value for
new products, renewals for existing installations and proactively engage
with partners to identify uncovered Services opportunities.
• Design plan and execute campaigns on Digitization, based on
information available from Cisco or Logicom’s Cisco Central Team.
• Liaise with Logicom’s Account Managers as well as Cisco’s key
stakeholders to ensure 360 approach to the partners/end users as well as
alignment in execution.
• Collaborate with Marketing team to produce required material to
support their mission (presentations, leaflets, documentation).
• Work closely with Logicom’s engineers to prepare technical documents,
demos and Proof of Value cases.
• Join forces with Product Manager to maintain a healthy stock on
products under Digitization framework.
• Reporting to Business Unit Manager - Mr. Saad Dawud.
Target corporate sector market, introduce company business and
generate new sales.
• Convert online generated enquiries in to sales.
• Visit Companies, Industries and explain about the company line of
products, get the requirements/RFQ’s and follow-up for closing.
• Sell products from brands like Jabra, Dell, HP, Cisco, Lenovo, Avaya,
Microsoft, Plantronics, Samsung, Norton, Grandstream, Bosch, Stanly,
Symantec, 3M, Canon, Kyocera, Xerox, etc..
• Sell services of Cisco, Dell, HP, get AMC’s and other services based on
the customer requirement.
• Sell company managed services, unmanaged services outsourcing, staff
augmentation services.
• Understand the customer requirements and prepare quotation.
• Target Medium and Large scale organizations and identify key clients
for the long term business.
• Communicate, Develop and Execute sales and negotiate price and issue
Purchase Order to distributors, follow up and ensure timely delivery of
products to end users with good customer service and support.
• Customer follow-up for paper work, closing the deal, Payment updates.
• Making cold calls, Meeting face to face, Tele-calling & fixing the
appointment with senior management mostly with IT & Purchasing
managers and visiting the offices.
• Arrange product data sheets, Prepare quotations, and other
documentation according to the customer requirement and distributor
requirements.
