- Preliminary Turnover Procedure
• Responsible for contributing to the efforts of the project team by establishing and driving standard processes for document development, management, and control.
• Organize and maintain over 18, 000 documents delivered by the Contractor.
• Track, monitor, and contribute to content for all project related policies and procedures which directly affect document handling, storage, content, or review.
• Providing expertise to personnel with regard to the development and control of quality system documentation.
• Leading the development and maintenance of document standards, naming, numbering conventions, and templates for project procedures, work instructions, and other relevant document types.
• Establishing and managing the process for maintaining document cross references.
• Driving the identification and removal of old, obsolete procedures and work instructions from across company and establishing oversight to avoid the duplication of project documentation.
• Leading quality assurance efforts by actively leading or participating as a member of cross-functional improvement teams as required.
• Serves as liaison between unit and other departments.
• Performs typing of Memorandums, reports, requisition and other related duties, when required to.
• Receives, sorts our mail, refers all official correspondence to Director of Nursing, Head nurse / Designee and places personal letters in designated trays / areas.
• Maintains / updates hospital and nursing manuals. Files all other official correspondence in to respective folders.
• Relays and receives massages of routine nature promptly and accurately.
• Compiles and completes patients charts for admission in accordance with corporate / Nursing policy and unit specialty.
• Completes admission, transfer or discharge slips of patients and forwards to admitting department.
• Sends all discharges / expired patient records to medical records in a timely manner.
• Arranges appointments as required for discharged patients.
• Regularly arranges patient activity lists.
• Prepares daily diet requests for patients.
• Requests old files from medical records and old X-rays from films library.
• Requests stationary supplies.
• Performs typing making patient labels, Monthly / annual statistics.
• Checks and types attendance in the Time sheet for the staff.
• Books for any procedures like CT scan, MRI, PTCA, CORONARY ANGIO, etc.
• Assists all patients, family members, physicians, visitors, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
