› National-wide projects progress control with weekly Reporting to Directors/VPs/Customer of Operations.
› Responsible for cost of services, resources and delivery models.
› Coordination between Business Unit, local Team and SME to fix technical issues.
› Manage bids and progress review meetings and participate in Contract’s preparations

› Lead role in the implementation of a new Fixed Broadband network architecture based on MSAN, GPON, FTTx, BLO, DSLAM, IP/PDH Microwave.
› Provide overall management, administration & technical directions, with Risk management.
› Build designs and solutions for VDSL2 and FTTx/GPON, IP Microwave solutions.
› IOT MSAN/FTTx Compatibility NGN/IMS PF and CPE.
› End-to-End Solution’s tests & integration in Maroc Telecom Existent Network (Billing, IN, DCN, …)
› QoS assurance for service such as: GPON, xDSL, IPTV, VoIP and High Speed Internet over Data Network.

FIXED ACCESS NETWORK ENGINEER :
› Software commissioning of NG-SDH, NG-WDM, Microwave IP/PDH.
› Software commissioning of BRAS Product & BGP and protocols OSPF, IS-IS, RIP, TCP_IP.
› Maintenance Projects BLO (SDH, Access Narrowband), FTTx, MSAN & DSLAM (VDSL/ADSL):
Technologies: PSTN, ISDN, V5.2, FR, SDH, VDSL, ADSL, ADSL2 +, IPTV.
