 Managing certification of Sub-contractor / Vendor measurement considering MB, MPR, IMIR, JMR & submitted Protocols.
 Documented consumption Statement of materials as per drawings and modification; engaged in final reconciliation of materials (Pipe, Spools, Fabricated Structure, Raw material Structures, Equipment, Fittings and consumables)
 Steered efforts in entire gamut of activities related to loop file preparation, ISO clearance, mechanical clearance and box-Up and final handover of loop files to the client. Efficient in testing activities like pneumatic testing, hydro testing of different class & grades of materials. Communicate and interface with other engineering disciplines, liquidate punch points and get the mechanical clearance. And accomplish the hydro test activity by fulfilling all mandatory requirements such as proper mark-out test limits, gauge locations, HPV & LPD, LHS, LDT, Critical Component Drop etc

Monitored P-91, P-22, P-11, SS304, 304L, 316, 316L, 347, 309 pipe joints Fit-up, PWHT, and Radiography test.
 Administered commissioning of 160 MW HRSG Boiler starting from flushing, final connection with all equipment, pumps, steam blowing operation and final connection with turbine. Performed Erection, Alignment and Hydro-test of Cooling Water and Make Up Water Pipeline
