Detailed Design, Feasibility study).
-Preparation process documents for a project, and ensure that
they conform to all applicable engineering codes and
standards as well the Client's policies and procedures.
-Simulation of the process and generated of PFDs and P&IDs
drawings.
-Established process data-sheet (Heat and Mass Balance,
Equipment data-sheet ...).
-Equipment sizing (exchangers, compressors, vessels ...),
line sizing, PSV sizing & blow down.
-Process optimization, OPEX reduction.
In this position, I performed the analyzes and controls of all products that enter in the process
