Responsible in Main “human resources” applications such as: Employees Action Forms, Employees status changes & leave management systems.

Gathering, understanding & analyzing requirements from focal business users within the institution.
Building business, technical and functional documentations.
Convert business requirements into technical aspects and prepare the workflows structures.
Prepare suitable solutions for any business or technical issues.
Participate in Web & windows Application Development for any new modules under GASCO Human Resources applications.
As Solution Consultant, my responsibilities :
Build and design solutions through TIBCO Active Matrix Business Works.
Participate in build and design Middle ware integration through TIBOC.
Prepare suitable solutions for any integration issues in client side.
Building technical and functional documentations.
Since 11/2004 till now: working in EBLA Computer Consultancy (FileNet’s Master Distributor for the Middle East and Large Account Reseller for Microsoft Products Licenses for Govt. Sector) - Jordan Branch, during this period I pass two stage: I start with EBLA-Jordan as a Senior Software Developer where I proved my ability to handle and manage most of the developments issues and challenges, after 3 working years with EBLA-Jordan I moved to new challenges rule as a Technical team leader in EBLA-Jordan team where is my responsibilities are increased and there is new issues and problems will be faced.
Working in Internet Business Solutions (IBS) Company since 28/8/2003 till 1/11/2004, my responsibility there was developing web sites,
Web application and database implementation and designing.
