Lead collaboration with Replenishment & Inventory teams, and Coty’s Supply Chain, Logistics, and Order Management (Sephora, Hudson’s Bay Company)
• Lead, build, and maintain customer collaboration relationships that will ultimately drive supply chain efficiencies and business influence
• Continuously improve accuracy of monthly gross shipments forecasting, through gathering data and insights from all pertinent internal and external sources
• Track and report to Senior Leadership status on gross shipments (+10M)
• Maximize customer data and customer collaboration to develop robust analysis and plans related to their supply chain:
• Customer inventory levels (DC and store)
• Out of stock risk and customer fill rate
• Launch execution plans and end of season strategy
• Aged inventory and returns reduction
• Coach and develop direct report(s)
• Foster internal collaboration with Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Order Management, Finance, and Trade Marketing
Achieve supply chain metrics & service KPIs. Improve operational KPI reporting by
automating calculations and creating a dashboard to view and monitor the results
at any point in time (Tableau)
• Run weekly collaborations with stakeholders (country level)
• Forecast/Order placement planning (+20M)
• Manage inventory replenishment while maintaining the safety stock for 350+
SKUs at absolute minimum levels
• Manage customer expectations & escalations to drive resolution of high
complexity supply chain issues, from supplier to store shelf, to increase franchisee
operational efficiency.
• Lead joint value collaboration projects > Currently Master Distribution forGCC.
Former (Establishing a new RCC in China for Direct imports).
• Develop and implement initiatives in logistics and distribution to increase
operational efficiency, reduce costs, support growth, and lower operational risk

• Monitor Shipment flow & stock availability
• Control & execute all export documentation, Letters of credit, claims &
payment processes
• Prepare accurate stock, sales and order tracking reports
• Manage relationships with Suppliers and Customers
• Establish and maintain a 3 months rolling forecast system
• Create shipment Proposals, transfer orders to SAP & provide input to the
short-term Forecast
