Built collaboration, leadership, and project management skills through the following:
• Led the Forensic Technology team and supported over 15 investigations by overseeing data collection and analytics, report generation, and IT budgeting and planning.
• Managed over 10 research projects investigating the history of each case including analyzing and visualizing data, conducting interviews to better understand past decisions and events, and producing reports to assess plans of action and expected outcomes.
• Oversaw the delivery of a cross-functional analytics project involving 6 parties in Europe, the US, and MENA with over $30M at stake.

• Interfaced with over 50 clients ranging from junior staff to top-level executives across 8 countries in the MENA region, and played an integral role in the recovery of more than $300M over the course of 3 years.
• Coordinated with IT departments at client side to understand technical project requirements and ensure risk free operations.
• Mentored and on-boarded 4 new team members to train them on core technical requirements and relevant administrative functions, and guide them through their learning plans.
• Liaised with Arabic speaking clients and led communication and document translation on over 20 projects.
Served as a member of the Forensic Technology team focusing on data analytics and visualization within client disputes and investigations.
Built data analytics and visualization skills through the following:
• Secured contract extension and expanded project scope after analyzing transaction data using SAS for a multinational bank and produced detailed report identifying thousands of dollars of overcharges on customers.
• Oversaw an extensive data collection and SQL analysis initiative related to an investigation of suspected corruption and fraud at a sovereign wealth fund; analyzed interview data and produced valuable insights, resulting in the client’s recovery of over $100M.
• Developed Access databases for a large investment house in Libya mapping all entities involved in client’s investigation, which identified more than 15 suspects; recognized with Exceptional Client Service Award.
• Conducted an Excel cash-flow analysis and Tableau data visualization for a KSA insurance company to investigate individuals suspected of controlling insurance money for personal gain; showcased over 50 transactions in which millions of dollars were illegally stored in offshore accounts.
• Investigated thousands of transactions using SQL for a large local bank at risk of breaching sanctions; produced detailed report that led the bank to improve its fraud detection processes and avoid fines worth millions of dollars.
• Recognized with Exceptional Client Service Award for developing advanced VBA Excel functions for the Finance Department to automate and simplify their expense journal processes.
