Content Writer with the following responsibilities:
1) Adding new books to Jamalon website according to specific Strategy with Publishers.
2) Checking with Publishers to edit their books on Jamalon website by: phone, e-mail, Publishers Website.
3) Checking all details of books on Jamalon website periodically.
4) Checking all compensation cases between our departments and Shipping companies like aramex and DHL to insure customers’ satisfaction, In addition, Jamalon Rights.

In IT Department: Installing the important programs which employees need for their works regardless their departments, troubleshooting some of breakdowns that faces the employees, theoretical training about some of breakdowns which faces the employees and general information about computer plus operating systems and servers.
In Sales Department: Familiarity with technical profile of MenaITech HRMS Modules, preparing financial proposals, negotiating with new leads, Testing the online access Demo for the customers before renewal their contract with MenaITech
