Headed the Social Impact department to help integrate women into the maintenance sector in Jordan and to support job creation for blue-collar workers through Aoun’s platform.

Supported the Cancer Control Office's Communications and Outreach department with the following tasks:
Took the lead on planning the first regional summit on Tobacco Dependence Treatment in the EMR; held awareness and community outreach sessions for various audiences and industries; participated and supported team with quality assurance screening for smoke-free institutions; developed health communication materials in English and Arabic; managed content for website and prepared a social media plan for awareness campaign; conducted research by analyzing relevant news in the local media concerning tobacco and cancer to measure newsworthiness
Interpretation of the Arab Academy taken place in Jerash for the duration of 10 days, from Arabic to English
Assisted the implementation of the three-year European Union (EU) project “Adult Education for Poverty Reduction (AEPoR)” in four poverty pockets
Worked in collaboration with the project manager to conduct a participatory rapid assessment to design the early implementation and evaluation phases of the project; supported with the monitoring process of training programs held for communities (i.e. Quality Assurance, Capacity Building, Tracer Studies) to measure long term impact of the project; managed and coordinated twelve partnerships Community-based Organizations from four governorates in Jordan; took the lead on the development and production of project outreach material; assisted in establishing synergies with partner organizations and relevant stakeholders; prepared components of the semi-annual and annual grant reports submitted to the EU, in compliance with their reporting and documentation guidelines
