Since Mar 2001 I was in charge to Handel several responsibilities:
A - International Roaming Supervisor: Conduction:
1-Managing All International Roaming Financial & non-Financial Issues
2-Account manager for several Carrier Service provider
3-Cooperate with both MTN Group Management & Marketing in Managing all issues Related to International Carrier Services agreement
4-Prepare a monthly static Reports for the both Carrier& International Roaming industry such as : Accounts analysis, Revenue analysis, Cash management, Carrier cost static Reports
5-Cooperate with other departments in preparing the next Year carrier budget for both revenue & cost
7-Prepare several pricing models for Prepaid, Postpaid & international Roaming subscriber
B - Senior accountant:Conduction:
1-Managing Account receivable for postpaid, prepaid & visitor Roamers customer
2-Managing accounts payable for both governmental & international supplier
3-Managing the relation between one of our company international banks & our roaming partner
4-Follow up our international partner due balance collections & solve the issue which prevent them from issuing payments
5-Prepare & follow up due balance payment issuance for governmental partner such as Syrian telecommunication establishment & financial ministry
6-Prepare monthly accounting analysis reports for the both receivable and payable movement with its related expense and revenue accounts
7-Prepare monthly aging reports, justify the differences & issue claim letters for due debts
8-Each month present the whole accounting cycle result for both revenue recognition & international Roaming activity.
9-Monitoring the special offer cost allocation to the wright responsible departments, according to the budget figures
10-Cooperate with both internal & external Audits in their re-view work & provide them with all necessary documents & logic adjustment
11-Responsible of Financial Oracle Receivable Application setup
