Receive, evaluate and shortlist CVs.
Coordinate with Head of Departments while scheduling interviews for
shortlisted applicants. Attend the interviews; assuring the interviewers
are following the common protocols without bias.
Draft employment offer letters in accordance with the latest salary
wage.
Complete the candidates file & gather all required documents to
initiate the hiring process, assuring it meets the minimum standards &
PHCC policy.
Follow up, collect and review the pre-joining documents requested from
the under-process candidates and share them with the respective
departments (Immigration Dept., Licensing Dept., Compensation &
Benefit …).
Coordinate with Travel officers to arrange air tickets for selected
candidates who will be joining on overseas contract.
Provide overseas candidates with the necessary details related to their
expatriation
Handle the on-boarding process and provide proper orientation of PHCC
internal policies, code of conduct and general information about Qatar
and assist them until they receive their residency permit.
Maintain accurate and recent applicant database and provide the
management and concerned departments with the latest updates and
reports.
Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the
targeted timeframe.August

2. Training and development

Maintain and manage active database of potential candidates so as to
meet the urgent need of organization.
Arranging necessary travel documents of joining staff (visa, ticket
booking, hotel accommodation, airport transfer etc.)
Responsible for joining formalities of new staff (Introduction to HR
Director, Submission of Required Documents, Appointment letter and
Preparation Staff File).
Ensuring that the offers of employment are issued within set time frame
after selection.
Managing the travel arrangements for the entire candidates.
Assists the Group HR Director in conducting trainings & orientation
program.
3-HR Administration
Reviews, updates and maintains proper filings of the HR department.
Monitoring the HR and Recruitment Report daily.
