SAP BW / BI Modeler

change in SAP GUI and functionality.
• Communicate remotely & follow up with SAP system partner
discussing opened tickets.
• Make sure the output of resolved tickets meet the End User
expectations and satisfaction.
Additional Responsibilities:
o Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries.
o Respond to queries from users (Co. employees) and resolve any hardware
or software problems.
