Human Resources Duties & Responsibilities:
• Administer employee discipline processes.

• Responsible for administering the day-to-day activities of the business office.

• Record, maintain and monitor attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
• Handle all types of vacations and ensures compliance with labor law and its regulations (annual, sick, casual and maternity leaves) and produces required reports to all department heads.
