Human Resources Duties & Responsibilities:
• Administer employee discipline processes.
• Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters, documents, certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
• Develop & implement the HR policies & procedures.
• Prepare performance appraisal and Termination interview & reports.
• Handle the medical care process from registration to invoicing HR letters.
• Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation for all company stuff.
• Plan and Conduct employee orientation (such as responsibilities, compensation & benefits, working rules and conditions, and promotion opportunities) and facilitate new comers joining formalities Maintain and regularly update master database of each employee.
• Engage with employees to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization.
• Administer compensation & benefits.
• Handle employee complaints, grievances & disputes.

Administration Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for administering the day-to-day activities of the business office.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials that refer to the administration department in the company.
• Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
• Record, maintain and monitor attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
• Handle all types of vacations and ensures compliance with labor law and its regulations (annual, sick, casual and maternity leaves) and produces required reports to all department heads.
