Job Duties: * Participating in the process of preparing the HR department strategic plan.
* Preparing the annual plan for filling vacancies in the bank.
* Preparing & updating "Job Description Cards" for the bank's jobs.
* Designing and updating the Organizational Structures for the departments and units of the bank.
* Participating in designing the bank's HR policies and procedures and updating them according to the latest and best practices in HR field, such as: - Performance appraisal.

* Marketing the program in Jordan and in other countries.
* Managing the inquiries database for marketing purposes.
