• A market return factor was highly considered due to the affect of high parameter's numbers on the product itself; Thus I was responsible for providing full and deep study about each and every selling outlet analyzing these data bringing out good presentation for highest management in order to give the green light to proceed building right logistic plan in order to minimize this market return factor to the good of company .
• I created what is said " The Unit Pallet " that facilitate collecting all selling items to be presented on each and every selling truck under conducted product availability study that meets market requirements.

•Work with the team to plan, schedule and perform production activities; assign daily workload to team members as well as develop production program and guidelines to support company objectives.
•Organize job trainings to team members to achieve production goals as well as investigate production issues and develop resolutions.
•Determine equipment, material and manpower requirements for project execution; develop project budget and maintain expenses within the budget.
O Recommend cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality standards as well as provide assistance in employee recruitment, performance evaluation, promotion, retention and termination activities.
