Engaged as an Administrator for the head office and responsible for the day to day activities

Engaged at the Abu Dhabi Flight Information Centre Project for Ministry of Communications, Abu Dhabi. Responsible for all secretarial / administrative matters of the site office, which also included day to day secretarial works for the Project Manager, document control, preparation of progress reports in Arabic for the Ministry, liasing with the Ministry of Communication and confirming of appointments for meetings. In addition to the site activities, I was also responsible for all the translation work required for the main office, for a variety of Government Clients.

In 1996, I was promoted to the position of Administrator / Senior Translator (Arabic to English and vice versa) and was transferred to the GIBB Middle East Office, working with the Regional Manager. Duties included all day to day administrative work, document control, Personnel Affairs, preparation and submission of translation of various technical and financial reports, necessary assistance in compiling tender submissions, translation of legal documents received from the Ministries and other Government bodies.

The technical reports which I have translated from English to Arabic include those of the engineering and architectural disciplines. My experience also includes the preparation of bills of quantities and the preambles in Arabic, translated from English.

From March 2003, my duties also covered secretarial and administrative support to the GIBB site office of the Mina Zayed Miscellaneous Works project.

From 2007 to 2009 worked with System One Property Management company as office Manager, Document Controller and purchasing Manager.

From 2010 to date worked with Karna petroluem Services, responsible for office work, compiling tenders, correspondence and e-mails.
