• Prepared sound business cases and project plans in-line with PHCC strategic

processes to lead development activities including; requirements gathering, analysis,

As a member of the Operational Readiness and Airport Transfer (ORAT) team, responsible
for transition of operations from DIA (Doha International Airport) to HIA (Hamad International
Airport), my achievements include:
• Successfully liaised with Government authorities to ensure effective dissemination of
project information and participation of government officials in project activities,
training and operational trials.
• Contributed to establishing a Transition Control Centre as the point of contact for
reporting progress of the transition and issues encountered
• Maintained a comprehensive, classified database for DIA assets and other relevant
information required for DIA decommissioning.
• Participated in drafting decommissioning action plans including relevant forms and
templates.
• Maintained decommissioning issue-logs and actively participate in issue-resolution.
