Role
Responsible of developing, implementing and overseeing the Talent Acquisition process in
line with Diyar objectives, policies and plan
Responsibilities:
* Responsible of identifying sourcing channels and creating agreements with
hiring agencies.
* Responsible for implementing the Talent Acquisition process starting from
souring, filtering, screening, shortlisting, interviewing and prepare job
offers/contracts.
* Responsible to update the candidate’s /CVs database periodically in line with
Diyar policies.
* Responsible of conducting job interviews, preparing notes and
recommendations in line with best practices and Diyar policies and processes.
* Responsible of creating and maintaining hiring tracker to prepare periodic
reports to management and colleagues within the Talent Acquisition function.
* Prepare leaves log, checking all leaves through the HR System & register the
notifications generated by the System.
* Responsible of managing the ERP system and creating POs and SR for
employees.
* Responsible to arrange HR operational matters such as hotel booking, visa
issuance for new candidates.
* Responsible of on/off boarding of employees and candidates in line with Diyar
policies and processes.
Key achievements:
* Created strong database of CVs and Candidates
* Created and maintained hiring tracker using excel sheet
* Implemented on boarding and off boarding programs
* Managed ERP system for the HR module
* Implemented Talent Acquisition standards
