DUTIES AND TASKS
•Provide excellent customer services that promote satisfaction
•Present menus and answer questions about the cuisine, making recommendations upon request.
•Assist clients in menu decisions.
•Take and serve food/ drinks orders and up-sell any additional products
•Write customers’ orders and conveyed to kitchen staff.
•Arrange table settings and maintain tables clean and tidy
•Serve specialty dishes to customers at tables as required.
•Prepare bill/receipts and collected payment from customers.
•Clean tables and other areas as needed, after clients departed.
•Responding to customer needs and satisfaction through quality management and reliability
