• Interface with, Marketing Department, Production planning and control Department, Production Department, Quality Control Department.
1. Accountable for Design, Development, Detail Engineering, 3D Modeling, Engineering Calculations and drawing generation with GD & T, done as benchmarks. For Tyre and Cement Machineries.
2. Responsible for manufacturing, drafting and drawing as per ISO standards.
3. Responsible for making modifications in the design as per the client's requirement and Machine-shop feedback.
4. Bill of Material creation on ERP package as per Assembly Plan.
5. Taking appropriate corrective measurement and revision of Drawing.

#1: Mixtron BB Series Mixer-BB76 (For 76 liters Chamber volume)

These mixers are provided with high power mixing mode to handle tough rubbers. Nominal batch capacity is influenced by fill factor and Specific gravity of the rubber and is arrived at by
Batch capacity = Net Chamber Volume * Fill Factor * Specific Gravity.
This project includes assembly, modeling, analysis and drawing
The model was generate and has been analyzed for modification and easy review of the customer.
#2: Vertical roller pre grinding mill (Cement Machinery)

Role: CAD Engineer
Description: Vertical roller pre grinding mill is used to grind the clinker easily in cement industries, Clinker is fed through a central chute in the VRPM where centrifugal force, combined with the rotation of the table, distributes product over the table surface. The table and rollers then grind the material, which is then extracted from the VRPM by gravity.
This project includes Assembly, 3D Modeling, Analysis and Drawing.

#3: Bulk Transporter-35 Cum, 36 cum and 42 cum (Bulker for 3-Axle)

Description: Air Slide Discharge type bulk transporter is designed for transporting and pneumatically discharging powdered materials and has a superior discharge performance with minimum residue. It is suitable for a wide range of powder material like cement, Fly ash. It is made available for mounting on semi trailer with 35, 36 and 42 meter cube bulk transporting capacity.
