Job Responsibility:

 Reviewing the Engineering documents (Specification, Method Statements, Inspection Test Plan, and Drawings etc.)
 Preparation of site works plans, Estimations, programme of works..etc
 Monitoring and controlling the sub-contractor activities, bills as per main contract requirement to achieve the planned and scheduled targets.
 Coordinate and reporting to Construction Manager on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
 Responsible for checking, testing and inspection of incoming construction materials to make sure they meet with project specification requirements.
 Liaise with different internal departments to ensure communication and the smooth execution of jobs.
 Making the execution plans and handovers to site supervisors for execution
 Responsibilities for assuring that all activities related to installation and applicable codes.
 Monitoring the construction process from all aspects to ensure performance meets quality and design requirement in accordance with company procedures and international standards.
 Strict implementation of EH&S policies on sites and in the office in accordance to main contract requirements.
 Ensuring implementation of inspection and test plans method statements, and approved shop drawing, compliance with approval material.
 Coordinating all process and functions with supervisors, planners, quantity, surveyors and workforce. Liaising with client’s representatives, as well as with consultants, architects

Major Assignment: Civil & Structural work for 120 MW Thermal Power Plant including
foundations & building for Boiler, Turbine, Generator, ESP & Boiler Auxiliaries.
Cooling Tower, Ash Handling Plant, Coal Handling Plant.
Job Responsibility:

 Undertake regular site inspection to ensure proper quality control
 Execution of all construction activities of Building along with Finishing items, preparation of estimate, Taking measurement, Preparation of Contractor Bills & Testing of all building materials.
 Inspect the work undertaken for compliance with require quality and good workmanship practice.
 Preparing work schedules, monitoring the work progress, supervision of work, preparing
daily/weekly progress reports.
 Reconciliation of materials.
 Preparation of work order for Sub-Contractor & Sub-Contractor bill checking.
 Regular Contractual Correspondence with Client
 Ensure proper keeping of technical documents, drawings and material submittals for ISO
inspection.
