Preparation of ITP and MS of Electrical works.
Preparation of Electrical shop drawings, Load schedules, cable size calculation, Single line diagrams, Panel wiring diagrams etc.
Preparation of Material submittals.
Study the Project and Authority specification and prepare the compliance statements of Materials and Works.
Preparation of BOQ and coordination with the procurement department and suppliers.
Proper allocation of Manpower and checking of work as per the approved documents in site.
Prepare the log sheet of manpower and materials in daily, weekly and monthly basis with the coordination of planning department.
Prepare and update the project log sheet of all documents in coordination with main contractor and client.
Preparation of RFI's and attending the site inspection with Consultant and Client.
Attending the site meeting with main contractor, client and sub contractors etc. in weekly and monthly.
Attending FAT, SAT, Testing and commissioning activities in site.
Ensure that Company HSE policies are implemented at site in coordination with HSE department

Study the shop drawings and ensure that the installations are carried out with accuracy and as per International best practices and standards
Responsible for reviewing/approving the shop drawings and material submittals related to the Electrical works
Conduct site inspection for quality control on site prior to installation and report findings and/or make recommendation.
Site supervision to observe the progress of works on site.
Preparing the tender documents (BOQ, Specifications and drawings) for relocating the existing utilities at Site.
Arranging/attending meeting between the local authorities, the client, the project management and the consultant, in order to resolve the pending issues, and taking the necessary actions after wards.
Site Coordination between all parties in order to avoid any obstacles that might delay the project.
Provide the technical assistance and resolution when the engineering problems encountered.
Obtaining the necessary approvals from the relative authorities.
Monitor and limit material wastage and should be accountable to complete the works within the budgeted quantities.
Conduct tool box talks and continuously train operatives to maintain high levels of safety standards
Review the shop drawings and identify & highlight potential conflicts/problems early to solve in time.
Motivate the site staff to keep the productivity levels high
Ensure that the quality of installation works is maintained within acceptable standards
Ensure proper housekeeping and will be responsible for maintaining work place neat and tidy.

Material submittals, preparation of shop drawings and as built drawings of all electrical and fire protection.
Calculation of material cost.
Act as go between amongst clients and consultants.
Acquisition of drawings approval from government authorities (Kerala State Electricity Board, Electrical Inspectorate of INDIA) and arrangement of inspection for all electrical installation works.
Attending and arranging of meetings with clients and consultants.
Installation, testing and commissioning of structured cabling systems and intelligent lighting control systems.
Design of single line diagrams and load schedule.
Designing of wiring in apartments and hotels.
Appropriate utilization of man power.
