Duty and Responsibilities at ALMA Aluminium & Steel Co.:-
Consistently recruiting and assist manager with hiring processes and issues;
Conducting Induction & On boarding process;
Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local laws, company policies and standards;
Process all new starters and leavers including production of employment contracts, induction, company handbooks, leave letters and holiday payments;
Train new hires on Human Resources processes, programs, policies, information systems, etc.;
Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files;
Assist employees with internal and external transfer requests and procedures;
Process all paperwork associated with employment changes and variations to employment contracts;
Support processing and maintenance of payroll records in accordance with policies and procedures, as necessary;
Prepare and submit reports with payroll information to the management;
Deal with complaints and questions regarding payroll from employees and upper management;
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Determining staffing needs/requirements;
Generate pool of candidates via job portals;
Screening resumes followed by phone interviews;
In-person interviews and administering
appropriate assessments;
Shortlisting and performing reference checks;
Recommendation to the hiring manager;
Interview coordination’s with the hiring manger;
Follow-up with the interview process and on-board formalities.
Duty and Responsibilities at FRE ENT Business Intelligence
Employees Joining and Exit formalities;
Ensure the timely and accurate processing of the monthly payroll.
Compute additions and deductions.
Compile employee data and update payroll datasheet
Review payroll enrolment forms, wage computation, and other information in order to detect and
reconcile payroll discrepancies
Verify pay adjustments and post information onto designated records
Record employee information, such as salary increases, promotions, transfers, and resignations,
in order to maintain and update payroll records
Issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous adjustment or retroactive increases.
Maintain the personal records of employees on matters such as wages, leave and training, and
prepare associated management reports.
Employee Accommodation and Transportation;
Customs documentation process.
Enacting Secretary: Preparations of Company letters, Memo, Quotations and circulars.
Coordinating end-to-end process of recruitment,
overseeing resume stream & candidate scheduling,
gathering candidate's data and maintaining database up
to date.
