Account Management:

• Assist in launching range of smartphones such as Samsung, Apple, and Lenovo in across the UAE all the allocated Customers.
People Management
• Established and expanded sales force of 30Key Account Managers across the UAE, and developed the tools and processes to manage them effectively.
• Driving Daily Sales, Weekly Acquisition & Monthly performance are the major KRA.
• Ensuring the Value achievement, customer engagement & Competition analysis is timely managed & delivered to Etisalat.
