Skywalk Travels is a full-service travel agency offering customized domestic and international travel solutions for individuals, families, and corporate clients. Reporting to the Senior Travel Manager, I worked as a Travel Consultant managing B2C and B2B client requirements.

Main responsibilities:
• Planned and executed end-to-end travel itineraries including flights, hotels, visas, and activities.
• Handled daily communication with over 20+ clients per month across platforms (calls, emails, WhatsApp).
• Coordinated with 15+ domestic and international vendors for smooth bookings and operations.
• Generated travel quotations, negotiated rates, and ensured timely confirmations.
• Managed lead generation, upselling, and post-travel client follow-ups.

• Documented travel project details such as tour scope, payment breakdowns, schedules, and budget reports for team reference.
