- Negotiated a major contract agreement with assembly supplier driving an annual cost saving of INR 4, 00, 000.

- Successfully implemented business process re- engineering in all plant divisions to monitor daily stock as per requirement as well as to control inventory by daily communication to respective buyers as per daily customer dropping.
- Developed a material supplier to achieve standard quality to meet business requirement by implementation of Built in Quality techniques at supplier ends.
- Overall control and co-ordination of inbound, outbound and end to end logistics with the logistics team there by achieving 100% percent delivery compliance as per the customer requirement
- Collabrations with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
- Evaluation of major fluctuation of volume as per customer schedule and regulate the future actions accordingly.
- Conducted physical inventory of surplus parts and equipments, which includes a detailed list, redistributing with internal customers avoiding an asset write off of INR 5, 00, 000 while selling excess equipment and parts generating value of INR 80, 000.
- Elimination of redundant activities for effective process and procedures by improvement in documentation control
The main aim of the project was to design a roll bending machine for the company “Acme Process Systems “ in which a detailed design of all the components used in a roll bending machine was made along with a geometrical model created in CATIA software and its stress analysis in ANSYS. We have also analyzed and formulated results for the following:
⦁ Relation between radius of bent and hardness of sheet (ELCA LAB)
⦁ Relation between top roller displacement and radius of bent.
