•Supervising and coordinating structural tasks taking place within the stadium and 4 different training sites.
•Preparation of various reports compiling the progress and development of the work inside and outside the stadium.
•Investigating what other tasks are still pending that are required to be successfully completed and passing this on to the relevant authorities.
•Co-coordinating between different departments and making sure all problems are being addressed and resolved immediately during match days
Organised different tournaments for our students, particularly the Under-15’s and Under-11’s competitions.
•Acted as the main mode of contact between management and coaching staff, ensuring goals and objectives for both sides of the company are met.
•Created and executed marketing plans and actions for the academy to increase the local profile of the organization.

- Helped organize university tournaments and served as mentor to students for various sports such as football, cricket, badminton, Hockey, Basketball, Power-lifting, Wrestling, Gymnastics etc.
- Set up daily, weekly and monthly practice schedules after receiving appropriate feedback and instructions from the coaching squad.
- Spent innumerable hours with students to improve their skills, increasing their overall efficiency, eradicating flaws in their techniques and encouraging professionalism, team unity and harmony.
